FINDING YOUR TRUE NORTH
Utilizing the text Life Work Transitions.com: Putting Your Spirit Online and the companion website, www.lifeworktransitions.com, these workshops focus on various aspects of defining meaningful career goals through the art of self-assessment. Create a Personal Mandala that incorporates your unique criteria and develop a Life Work Objective that can be identified and researched using networking, informational interviewing and harnessing the power of the net. Resume writing, interviewing techniques and negotiating are included also. For young adults starting out and seeking new direction or mature adults exploring encore opportunities this process is engaging and the results are impressive.
RESONATING WITH YOUR BUSINESS
If you have a business idea, hobby, passion or interest and want to transform it into an enterprise, this workshop is for you. You will assess the value of the idea and the potential marketplace while gaining clarity and identifying important “next steps.” Existing business owners who have lost their passion or focus will benefit from this process as well. Learn tips for resonating with your business by understanding your Myers-Brigss profile and how to leverge your strengths and weaknesses. By evaluating the business objectives and current practices, the business owner can identify new markets or revise products and services for existing customers.
CREATING SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONS AT MID-LIFE
In this workshop series participants explore their current portfolio of activities and seek to restore or create a more integrated balance. Learn to create a Third Age truly worth living. These sessions are especially focused on discovering your personal purpose. Explore part-time solutions and volunteerism as tools for this exciting and challenging time of transition. In addition to assessing strengths and identifying priorities to make a meaningful transition, we’ll explore the areas of life-long learning, health and wellness and spirituality.
WRITING YOUR SPIRITUAL AUTOBIOGRAPHY
These extended sessions are designed to assist the individual in exploring the roots of their spiritual development, which may not necessarily be “religious.” The writing of Spiritual Autobiography provides a rich and fertile ground for identifying important touchstones in re-naming one’s beliefs, hopes and faith. Imagine a process that can transport you into the center of your own creativity, a place where you operate from your inner sense of mastering trust in yourself and your decisions.
